Mobile Kondektur is an operational mobile platform deployed to 740+ daily conductors across all passenger trains in Java and Sumatra. It enables offline-first passenger ticket validation, seat occupancy monitoring, real-time train positioning GPS, delay reporting, and direct sync with central command servers.
